Show Up Daily

Moods pass, and take their details with them.

Remember how your days actually felt.

Note how you feel, what was going on around it, and what's on your mind. Then look back and see the patterns in your own days.

A mood is enough. You can add more later.

A minute a day, if that

You don't have to fill everything in. A mood is enough. A sentence is enough. Come back later if you want to add more.

  • No perfect day required
  • Miss a day, just pick up again
  • Skip anything that doesn't fit

How it works

Three steps, and the first one is enough

  1. Check in

Start with how you're feeling. One tap.

  2. Add what matters

Your emotion, sleep, habits, a few lines, gratitude — whatever feels relevant that day.

  3. Look back

Over time your entries become a record of your days, and Insights help you notice patterns.

Your day, your way

One word is enough. A whole page is fine too.

A quick check-in

🙂 Good

That's it. Done.

A fuller day

🙂 Good · Calm

Sleep 7.5 hours

Journal Finally finished something I'd been putting off.

Gratitude A long talk with a friend.

Both count. Both are a day you showed up.

Insights

Your days start telling a story

After a while you can look back over your own entries and notice things you'd otherwise forget — which days felt lighter, and what was going on around them.

These are patterns in what you wrote down, not diagnoses or causes.

You can also put a stretch of days into a short summary to bring to a therapist or doctor.

What you can remember

Your day is more than one mood

How you felt

Your mood, the emotion underneath it, and what brought it on.

What was around you

Sleep, movement, time in daylight, and prayer — the quiet things that shape a day.

What was on your mind

A journal, a brain dump, gratitude, a win of the day, what went well and what didn't.

What you did

Today's focus, what you got done, tomorrow's priorities — and a separate to-do list that stays out of your journal.

Don't need some of it? Switch sections off in Settings and they're gone from your day.

Your data

Your days belong to you

  • End-to-end encrypted

Everything you write is encrypted on your device with your own passcode before it's saved. We can't read it, and neither can anyone else.

  • On every device you use

Sign in on your phone, tablet or laptop and enter your passcode once — your days are there. Lose a phone and they're still there.

  • Yours to take with you

Download your entries as a spreadsheet or a full backup file whenever you like, and restore them from a backup.

  • Yours to delete

Delete all your entries from Settings, on every device, whenever you choose.

Start showing up.

Your first entry doesn't need to be perfect. It just needs to be yours.
