Moods pass, and take their details with them.
Note how you feel, what was going on around it, and what's on your mind. Then look back and see the patterns in your own days.
A mood is enough. You can add more later.
You don't have to fill everything in. A mood is enough. A sentence is enough. Come back later if you want to add more.
How it works
Start with how you're feeling. One tap.
Your emotion, sleep, habits, a few lines, gratitude — whatever feels relevant that day.
Over time your entries become a record of your days, and Insights help you notice patterns.
Your day, your way
A quick check-in

That's it. Done.
A fuller day
🙂 Good · Calm
Sleep 7.5 hours
Journal Finally finished something I'd been putting off.
Gratitude A long talk with a friend.
Both count. Both are a day you showed up.
Insights
After a while you can look back over your own entries and notice things you'd otherwise forget — which days felt lighter, and what was going on around them.
These are patterns in what you wrote down, not diagnoses or causes.
You can also put a stretch of days into a short summary to bring to a therapist or doctor.

What you can remember
Your mood, the emotion underneath it, and what brought it on.
Sleep, movement, time in daylight, and prayer — the quiet things that shape a day.
A journal, a brain dump, gratitude, a win of the day, what went well and what didn't.
Today's focus, what you got done, tomorrow's priorities — and a separate to-do list that stays out of your journal.
Don't need some of it? Switch sections off in Settings and they're gone from your day.
Your data
Everything you write is encrypted on your device with your own passcode before it's saved. We can't read it, and neither can anyone else.
Sign in on your phone, tablet or laptop and enter your passcode once — your days are there. Lose a phone and they're still there.
Download your entries as a spreadsheet or a full backup file whenever you like, and restore them from a backup.
Delete all your entries from Settings, on every device, whenever you choose.
Your first entry doesn't need to be perfect. It just needs to be yours.
A question, something that isn't working, or you just want to say hello — we're here.

Your journal lives in your account, so it's on every device you sign in to — phone, tablet, laptop — and it's still there if you lose one.
Show Up Daily
Your day is saved. You can come back and add more whenever you want.
How are you feeling today? Take a moment to reflect.
Add more whenever you like
Copy the score from your smart watch — whatever it gave you when you woke up this morning. Leave it blank on nights you didn't wear it.
How did you move?
Everything you wrote down, grouped by the day you wrote it.
Prepare what you want to bring to your next session.
Two lines, two scales — sleep runs 0–100 on the left, mood 1–5 on the right. Watch whether they rise and fall together; where they move as one, the night and the day were telling the same story.
A pattern in your own log, not a cause. Days are grouped by how many prayers were marked.
